This policy explains what Grace Beds's 18-month warranty covers, what it does not cover, and how to make a claim.
Every bed purchased from Grace Beds is covered by an 18-month warranty against manufacturing defects, starting from the date your order is recorded as delivered.
The warranty covers genuine manufacturing issues such as structural faults, fabric or material issues, mechanism problems (for example an ottoman lift or drawer runner) and workmanship issues.
The warranty does not cover fair wear and tear, accidental damage, misuse, damage from incorrect assembly or an unauthorised alteration, or an issue unrelated to how the product was manufactured. It also does not cover cosmetic changes that naturally occur with normal use over time.
These exclusions do not affect your separate statutory rights for goods that were faulty or not as described when delivered — see our Refund and Returns Policy for that shorter-term process.
The 18-month period is measured from the date your order was delivered, not the date it was ordered. Only one claim can be made per item for the same type of issue.
Sign in and use the Warranty Claims area of your customer account to select the delivered item and describe the issue, or contact us if you are unable to access your account. Please include your order reference, a clear description of the fault and, where possible, photos — this helps us assess the claim quickly.
We will review the claim against the item's delivery date and warranty period and let you know the outcome, which may include a repair, replacement part or replacement item depending on the fault.
