Shipping Policy

Grace Beds currently delivers within the United Kingdom only.

Delivery is completely free for addresses within 7 miles of our Glasgow shop. No delivery charge is added at checkout for these addresses.

We still deliver outside the 7-mile radius. Because the charge depends on distance and the items ordered, it is not shown at checkout — we assess it and confirm it with you when we get in touch to confirm your order, before anything is dispatched.

If you would like an estimate before ordering, contact us with your postcode and the products you are interested in.

Because Grace Beds confirms every order with the customer before it is dispatched, a specific delivery date is agreed with you directly rather than shown automatically at checkout. We will always agree a delivery window with you in advance and let you know if anything changes.

Please make sure someone is available to receive the order and that we know about anything that could affect access — for example narrow staircases, lift access, parking restrictions or flats above ground level. Tell us about these when we contact you to confirm the order.

Large furniture is delivered to your door or a reasonably accessible room by arrangement; please let us know in advance if you need help arranging placement.

Risk in the goods passes to you once they are delivered to you or to a person you have nominated to receive them. Ownership passes once the goods have been paid for in full, where payment is due.

If a delivery is delayed, damaged in transit, or something arrives incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible with your order reference so we can put it right. See our Refund and Returns Policy for how faulty or incorrect goods are handled.
